About Our Client:For a well-established global company specialising in highly customizable aluminum production, we are looking for a Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities:Managing relationships with existing clients, with a significant focus on international clients;Developing new business opportunities, leveraging existing leads, dormant clients, and conducting proactive market research to identify potential prospects;Leading and coordinating a sales team of 4-5 individuals;Monitoring and supporting the sales team's activities, offering practical support in negotiations and ensuring targets are met;Collaborating with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies and pricing plans. Key Skills:5-8 years of sales experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the metallurgical, raw materials or mechanical sector;At least 2-3 years of experience in leading a sales team;Proficiency in both English and Italian;Willingness to travel abroad, approximately 1-2 weeks per month. Complementary Skills:Experience in managing relationships with large clients;Degree in Economics, Business Management or Management Engineering;Experience in one of the following industries is preferred: metal, glass, paper, automotive or packaging industry. Location: Campania.
