We are looking for a Sales Manager, who will preside over the territories of the Italian basin.

The candidate will be part of the sales network and will contribute to the growth of the company's turnover in the target territory.

The person will be based at the Italian HQ in Pioltello (MI)Main duties and responsibilities:Selling the products and solutions through ocean/air export and import services and productsHigh market knowledge fostering customer relationships and concluding new contractsMantain existing customers and promote their satisfaction as the first point of contactContact person and network at customer events, trade shows and corporate eventsBeing the liaison between the operations departments and customers' needsResponsible for acquiring new customers to ensure the growth of the company. Set performance targets ensure adherenceManage a local sales teamMain requirements:+10 years of Sales experienceStrong background in a strategic Business Development, Sales or similar position with + 5 years ofPrevious experience as a ManagerHigh level sales training certificate in freight forwarding fieldFluency in English and good knowledge of MS Office is requiredJob profileYou are a team player, motivated to further develop the sales area together with your colleagues and stand out with your confident appearance and communication skillsHigh degree of initiative and self-organizationStrategic visionary mindset and people management competencesAnalytic financial competencesLocation: Pioltello (Mi)
