We're looking for a qualified Sales Manager (M/F) with deep experiences in selling to the Italian market. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the Sales Manager (M/F) has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, building relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. As a Sales Manager (M/F), you are a quick learner with strong negotiating skills - someone with a successful track record - and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the company customer base and ensures its strong presence in the Italian market. Conduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories. Be responsible for a strong operational rigor around pipeline and activities to drive efficiency and performance. RequirementsMinimum 4 years of sales experience within a similar industry (digital marketing, data solutions, and/or affiliation ideally), with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Italian market. Excellent knowledge of online advertising and different acquisition channels. Affiliate expertise is a real plus. Proven track record of success in penetrating new markets and customer acquisition. Strong networking skills. Native Italian and fluent English are mandatory. Good level of French (C1) to be able to work efficiently internally.
