Sales Manager
È una giovane azienda di Inarzo (VA) dedicate allo sviluppo di biomateriali per l'interior design e l'architettura. Il suo processo tecnologico si base su processi naturali, arrivando a produrre materiali da finitura (pannelli acustici decorative e pavimentazioni) per l'architettura e la bioedilizia.
**Position Summary
**Main tasks
- Selecting and engaging with potential commercial clients (design and architecture studios, private, contractors, etc. ) through CRM
- Handling and managing direct sales to customers (IT & abroad)
- Taking care of the customers and partners database (CRM)
- Sales back-office: supporting the preparation of commercial offers and contracts with clients, including visualizations / projects proposals of installation through 3D modelling softwares for the Sales Team
- Monitoring and reporting about sales performance
- Supporting marketing and advertising campaigns
- Supporting the social media marketing
- Supporting and compiling market analyses, products' benchmarking and
competitors' assessment
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be a reference point for all commercial aspects of the product
- Take care of the contacts with commercial partners
- Prepare products' briefings for products' positioning and communication;
- Share marketing-related products' information with the Management team
- Constantly monitor competitors' activities
- Liaise with other team members about current and new products' development and production
- Support the preparation of catalogues, brochures and pricelist
- Overlook the products' performance, identifying and implementing sell-out activities to boost sales in each channel
**Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: MA/BA preferably with specialisation in Architecture, Interior Design or Economics/Marketing, or related fields
Professional Background: preferable - 3 years work experience after graduation, if possible in commercial roles (Sales), and / or within the interior design, architecture, or furniture fields.
Computer Knowledge:
- Knowledge of 2D/3D modelling tools (Rhinoceros or Autocad) mandatory.
- Preferred experience of CRM software principles (Hubspot preferred).
- Good use of Excel and Office package required.
- Language Knowledge: Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Italian preferred; other languages (French, German) appreciated.
Travel required: 30%
Others: openness, extroversion and empathy are key factors in Sales. Talkative and communicative Knowledge of 2D/3D modelling tools (Rhinoceros or Autocad) mandatory, not necessarily required. reative & curious, committed, flexible. Analytic skills, desirable interest and resonance for topics related to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
