They are currently expanding their distribution department and are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join their team in Italy. If you are passionate about building strong relationships, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction, this role is for you!Key responsibilities:Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with distributors to ensure growth targets and customer satisfaction goals are met. Support the partner sales team with sales opportunities to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and solutions based on customer needs. Execute training programs for installers and distributors, educating them on product offerings and solutions. Identify new sales prospects and opportunities to expand the business. Requirements:Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of the Renewable Energy sector, particularly Solar PV. An existing network of installers or distributors would be very beneficial. Strong language skills in both Italian and English. Ability to travel to customers within central and southern Italy.
