We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive sales for X-Ray Testing Machine line at specific accounts.
The position will be fully remote and be paid a base salary plus a sales incentive plan.

Job Responsibilities: Reporting to Direct of Sales you will: Grow X- Ray Testing Machine business and meet sales goals existing accounts Conduct visits to customer locations and deliver presentations and technical discussions to evaluate applications and promote test products and solutions Support the development and management of an external sales representative network worldwide Support marketing activities, including webinars, tradeshows and email campaigns, to promote company capabilities and evaluate their efficacy Be a point of contact between the needs of external customers and the internal team Meet the KPIs and targets assigned by the company regarding sales performance in both qualitative and quantitative terms Report regularly on sales opportunity status.
Job Requirements: 5 years of experience in selling test products or systems, or you have worked as a System Engineer supporting sales, preferably in the automotive sector or in the tire market A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Physics Customer-oriented person able to understand customer needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a talented networker Organized, analytical, and highly goal-oriented Ability to travel worldwide What we offer: Salary Offer: 70k base salary plus a sales incentive plan We offer Health Insurance extended to close family members, Flexible spending account, Meal Vouchers, Incentive program based on sales, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount on company stock), A competitive salary commensurate with your experience, among other factors.
