As a Sales Manager you will be hunting for mid-Market companies so they can implement our Employee Benefit into their benefit portfolio.

You will work within the sales team and you directly report to the Head of Employee Benefits Sales.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Possess proven sales, negotiating and presentation skills

- Have very good face-to-face and telephone communication skills

- Good time management and organisational skills

- High level of commitment and flexibility

- Self-motivated and strong desire to achieve goals

- Fluent in Italian and English
