Sales Manager - Energy Efficiency Location: • Milan, Italy Job Description: My client is a prominent player in the energy transition, dedicated to driving sustainable solutions across Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, and Africa. They specialise in innovative renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on C&I and energy efficiency initiatives. As part of their ambitious expansion in Europe, my client is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the commercial development of Energy Efficiency projects in Italy. This role will report directly to the Italy Chief Commercial Officer and will focus on identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, and leading project negotiations. Key Responsibilities: • Contribute to the company's Commercial Strategy within the Energy Efficiency sector. • Proactively identify business opportunities, establish commercial relationships, and engage with potential clients and partners. • Conduct technical-commercial visits and assess project feasibility based on technical and financial parameters. • Develop tailored energy efficiency solutions in collaboration with the Operations Department and prepare compelling technical-economic proposals. • Present proposals to clients and lead contract negotiations to secure successful project agreements. Requirements: • Engineering or technical academic background. • 5 - 10 years of technical-commercial experience in industrial service companies (engineering firms, energy audit companies, Energy Service Companies, equipment manufacturers, etc. ). • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency measures across key energy vectors (CHP, refrigeration, steam, HVAC, lighting, etc. ). • A strong network and/or database of potential clients and projects is highly valued. • Proactive, autonomous, and commercially driven, with excellent client engagement skills.
