Sales Manager
We're looking for a motivated Sales Manager!
Job Responsibilities: Meet and exceed set quarterly and annual sales quotas while adhering to sales processes in an ethical, compliant manner. Create and implement sales and marketing plans to increase the company's share of the pulmonary function testing market that align with company focus and direction. Actively participate in industry tradeshows, conferences, and networking events to increase MIR's presence and name recognition within the industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and retaining customer relationships as well as acquiring profitable new business.
Scheduling meetings and presentations with customers to develop strong, ongoing relationships is essential. Review customer performance on a regular basis and develop effective processes and strategies that will help customers meet their targets and increase revenue. Identify Key accounts that have not been targeted. Communicate customer product pain points to appropriate departments. Possess the financial skills necessary to create business strategies, cost/budgets, and economic earnings that will achieve exceptional sales growth. Manage the P&L within the budget guidelines set forth by the company. Stay well informed about current industry trends. Prepare written presentations, reports, and proposals. Monitor the market and competitor products and activities and provide detailed sales forecasting. Target potential new product opportunities. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. Manage multiple programs with competing and aggressive timelines, prioritize activities, and work independently. Ability to lead and develop talent. What we look for in our people: Bachelor's degree, minimum of seven (7) years of sales experience is required. 2+ years in a senior leadership role, preferred. Experience in the medical device industries is highly preferred. Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit that embraces disruption and change with a commitment to personal and career development. Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize sales and administrative tasks. Desire to work in a quickly changing and fast-paced growing business. Unrelenting dedication to delivering results and a desire to shape the strategic goals of the business. A proactive, hands-on and accountable approach; willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done and take ownership and initiative to drive success. Ability to overcome ambiguity and challenge the status quo. Provide value to all customer interactions and ensure client needs are exceeded in all areas. Knowledge of sales strategy and marketing, customer requirements, and the competitive environment. Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market. Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Comprehensive understanding of the operational dynamics of doctors and medical distribution. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Excellent oral, written, telephone interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong Microsoft Office and related computer skills. Must be able to travel.
