Sales Manager
We are hiring a Sales Manager who will act in the role of a sales & BD swiss-army knife working closely with our CCO on boosting sales of our small-satellite components.
In this role, you will have an impact on shaping the sales, marketing and product strategies.
The ideal candidate will have led sales cycles, particularly with satellite manufacturers as the customer, and will be able to act independently from lead generation and account management to securing sales contracts.
Location: Turin, Italy
Starting date: March-May 2025
Responsibilities: Account management;Lead generation and qualification;Attendance to industry events (travels involved);Bidding in the sales processes;Participation in the product strategy development. Requirements: 3-5 years in sales of hardware products, ideally of space (flight) hardware (additional experience in non-space sales as an advantage);Led sales cycles;Excellent interpersonal and account management skills;Outstanding business intelligence skills;Profound knowledge of the satellite market;Understanding of basics of space technology;Familiarity with tools: CRMs, MS Excel;Fluent use of English.
