Sales Manager
IntroductionBy setting up and continuously strengthening relationships to gain more customers and sales opportunities through various channels, you will develop domestic and overseas customers. Achieve sales targets and budgets.
Plan and execute customer visits. Collect customer needs through visits and provide professional solutions to customers.
Arrange quotations and revisions of prices according to the company development strategy. Duly input customers' information into the system.
Provide positive feedback on customer and market information, analyze and manage customer data, measure performance, identify new customer trends, and decide on the correct action plan.
Cooperate with relevant departments to ensure that customer problems are solved as soon as possible to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Based on actual sales circumstances and market dynamics, set out the sales departmental budget, control selling costs, adjust budgets, and propose improvement programs.
Communicate effectively and coordinate with internal departments, cooperating with the business to the largest extent, and continuously promote sales targets and strategies effectively.
Control personal and departmental accounts receivable, provide professional sales training, and cross-functional business knowledge training for sales staff.
Responsible for other tasks assigned by management.
