**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, with a specific focus on promoting the unique living experience we offer for seniors.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, showcase the benefits of our living environments, and contribute to the overall success of our senior living facilities located in Turin and Siena, and more are set to open in the coming months.
**Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, emphasizing the exceptional living experience for seniors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to promote our senior living communities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential residents, families and caregivers, highlighting the benefits and features of our living environments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the growth of the brand and to develop community-specific strategies to attract residents.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts, ensuring client expectations are met.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales within the senior living or hospitality industry, with a strong focus on space rentals and group bookings.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of senior living communities.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Italian, with effective communication skills in English.
Speaking skills in German or French represent a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Familiarity with the senior living industry and a passion for redefining aging.
