For our client, Italian leading company in the manufacture of medical devices, we are looking for a

**SALES MANAGER.

He/she - reporting to the CEO of the company - will have the responsibility to consolidate and strengthen the customer portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a team of sales representatives.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence on the Italian and foreign countries.

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- Periodic verification of sales performance in order to identify any corrective actions.

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Analyze competition, lead the study of strategies and market evolution.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.

- Proven commercial experience (minimum 8 -10 years).

- A background in the orthopedic/medical industry is necessary.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Excellent knowledge of the English language, French is a plus.
