La tua nuova azienda Our client is a multinational company in the beauty industry, an historical entity with a portfolio of internationally recognized brands. For the Italian branch, we are supporting their HQ to identify the Sales Manager for the Italian market.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo Reporting to the Sales Director, He/She will be responsible for the development of the sales revenue on his/her market as well as the development of the market share of the products in Italy. In particular, they will be responsible for:

Develop sell-in salesSteering the achievement of sales targets linked to the budgetSteering RFA and marginsDevelops prospecting, manages, and supports the opening of new POSNegotiationsFixing the range, commercial terms and conditions, sell-out resources and the annual Trade PlanPreparation of brand reports, objectives, and negotiation strategies for each RetailerAnnual negotiations to reach agreements that maximize our margins and the sales momentum of the Retailer (merchandising, in-store events, etc. )Team ManagementLeads and supports a team of 3 sales representatives and 2 agents in achieving their quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve sales performanceFederate all teams around the brand's strategyCreates the conditions for success by building teams with complementary profiles and skillsDi cosa hai bisogno per aver successo The ideal Candidate who we are looking for has important experience in the Beauty Industry, presents a strong sales acumen and strategic mindset.
