The Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the company business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of the current assigned portfolio with a multi-service approach in the specific area of Region Campania.

The main activities will be:

Hunting of new customers, within the segment of medium and large customersDeveloping the customer portfolio in the assigned geographical area (Campania/Italy) actively contributing to the company growthSupporting the current customers with a consultancy approach, also through customized data analysisUp and cross selling activity of DKV products and servicesParticipate at business trade fairs and other eventsThe minimum requirements for this position include:

Previous experience, at least 5 years, in Sales on field in a structured company, preferably in customer acquisition processEffective Communication and Negotiation skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficiently and effectivelyGood knowledge of English (at least B2)Proficient in the use of CRM and ExcelResidence in Naples (at least in Region Campania)Strong positive attitude to problem solvingPro-active, willing to actively participate to the company successHigh level of commitment, accountability and flexibilitySelf-motivation and resilienceWe are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture!
