We're looking for a qualified Sales Manager (M/F) with deep experiences in selling to the Italian market. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the Sales Manager (M/F) has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, building relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. As a Sales Manager (M/F), you are a quick learner with strong negotiating skills - someone with a successful track record - and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the company customer base and ensures its strong presence in the Italian marketConduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitorsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketIdentify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categoriesBe responsible for a strong operational rigor around pipeline and activities to drive efficiency and performance. Requirements Minimum 4 years' of sales experience within a similar industry (digital marketing, data solutions, and/or affiliation ideally), with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Italian marketExcellent knowledge of online advertising and different acquisition channelsAffiliate expertise is a real plusProven track record of success in penetrating new markets and customer acquisitionYou love to use and develop your networkNative Italian and fluent English are mandatory.
