Sales Manager Defence Aerospace Italy & South Emea
Job Purpose: Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintaining client records.
Manage sales and business relationships within assigned strategic accounts Responsibilities: Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts driving sales key account and territory revenue meeting or exceeding customer expectations Represents the company in a positive and professional manner at all times Collaborate with other departments to ensure key account and territory activities are achieved Close business to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives Adhere to the appropriate departmental sales processes, procedures and policies Identify areas of improvement within inside sales and territory processes and assist in implementing solutions Work closely with other teams to determine a strategic approach to closing opportunities Produce reports as needed and required Maintain an accurate sales forecast for designated territory Refer requests for technical assistance to the appropriate department.
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Computer skills - Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent Time Management, Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Skills Customer satisfaction focused and strong relationship building skills High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility Present key selling points/features and benefits while focusing on customer needs and expectations Travel %: Arrange and participate in conference calls and customer visits at corporate facility on behalf of customer Planning and Decision Making: requests for technical assistance to the customers Produce reports as needed and required Build loyal customer relationships Impact and Scope: Support detailed pipeline that is based on assigned quota to achieve goals Prospect, identify, qualify and help develop sales pipeline.
Identified training mandatory for the role to be completed competently 5 years insides sales experience, or key account customer service experience, in the Connector Industry preferred High school degree is required Key Internal & External Stakeholders & Relationships Prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline Close business to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
Work as part of larger team to eensure on time delivery goals are met Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, Collaborate with other departments to ensure key account and territory activities are achieved Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, and provide fast, accurate responses to all inquiries Help to create a positive and motivating work environment within the Sales Team Adhere to the appropriate sales process and company policies
