**OFFICE
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.
Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
**THE ROLE
NGGH++ is looking for a Sales Manager Distributors.
Reporting to the Distributor Director, this role is responsible for driving revenue with third party distributors in Europe.
Together with the Distributor Director, you will develop and implement effective strategic plans and will build and maintain long-term partnerships with your business partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will drive profitable and sustainable growth for distributors across Europe.
- You will participate in the development of Distributor strategies and provide plans and forecasts on account performance, focusing on Top Accounts, by Territory.
- You will establish and maintain long-term partnerships with your Distributors, which will be your "executive arm" on the field.
- You will manage and influence the distributor teams across the territories, being the point of contact for daily topics, as well as for planning and Go to Market strategies.
- You will report on competitor activities in partnership with the Distributors, and propose actions to increase revenue.
- You will drive Distributors and NGG profitability using relevant commercial and business planning and insight tools.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience in a similar sales or business development role within sales and retail, ideally working in the Sporting goods apparel or footwear industry (preferable but not mandatory).
- You are able to understand Retailers KPI's, PNL, and GTN for Distributors and Top Accounts.
- You have good knowledge of Office (Excel-PPT or Keynotes mainly).
- You have strong planning and negotiation skills.
- You have excellent communication skills and can build long-term partnerships with Distributors.
- You are fluent in English (mandatory) and other European languages is a plus (Eg.
Spanish nice to have)
