About the Role At Infront, we are in an interesting growth phase.
The market is changing and gives us opportunities to grow as a European market leader through innovative solutions in WealthTech.
You will be responsible for developing new customer relationships within the financial sector, with a focus on buy-side and sell-side players.
Your strength lies in advising customers on the added value and return of our SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities: Acquire new clients from the financial market segments in which we operate based on our innovative Wealthtech solutions, including portfolio management.
Act as an ambassador for our company and technology at trade shows, events, roadshows, and roundtables.
Increase our brand awareness through your drive and by using your network to approach new relations, ideally having an existing network within asset management and private banking.
Plan and maintain your sales cycle within our CRM system.
You will work closely with our solution consultants, customer service managers, marketers, and product managers to become successful.
Who You Are We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are passionate about sales and would like to work in an international environment.
Here's what you need to be successful as a Sales Manager at Infront:
Fluent in English and Italian: Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Italian are essential.
Experienced Sales Hunter: Driven by generating new business with a keen instinct for spotting opportunities and winning new customers.
Methodical and Goal-Oriented: Familiar with proven sales methodologies such as MEDDIC / MEDDPIC.
Affinity with FinTech and SaaS: Industry experience and understanding of the SaaS model and the needs of banks and asset managers.
Curious and Resilient: An inquisitive attitude and ability to deal with rejections without losing enthusiasm.
Growth Mindset: Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
