We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric Manager of Sales/Sales Manager who will join MailUp+Contactlab, Growens' biggest Business Unit.

The Contactlab Marketing Cloud platform enables brands to grow the value of their contacts, enhance conversions, boost sales, and retain customers with personalized messages and real-time conversations.

Contactlab also offers multi-technology campaign management services. Some examples of your responsibilities:Managing a growing team of account executives responsible for the generation of value and retention of customersAchieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamManaging recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of salesProviding mentorship and training, with the aim of maximizing team performanceSupporting the Sales Strategy and its implementation to drive results and achieve KPIsManaging different projects with internal departments to improve or create sales processes for your teamDriving opportunities at the strategic and tactical levelKeeping informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through the successful completion of Sales Training and self-studyBriefing management on Pipeline and ForecastKeeping records and generating reports on all phases of activities in Salesforce.com CRMGenerating mid-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generationWhat we Offer: Make a difference: you'll greatly contribute to MailUp+Contactlab's growth.

Preferred Qualifications & skills:Five Essential Sales Manager Skills: Managing Performance, Coaching, Developing Business Acumen, Excelling as a Leader, Hiring;Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics or other related;Have previous experience (5+ years) as a People Manager or Sales Team Leader;Have previous experience in managing small to medium-sized teams (from 5 to 10 people);Ability to work across management teams to drive business results;Digital marketing Industry expertise, preferably selling SaaS solutions;Proficiency in both Italian and English: you read, write, and speak proficiently in both languages;Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results;Solid business acumen and the ability to effectively assess prospects' business needs and business drivers, then match them with our solutions and services;Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including an energetic, enthusiastic and compelling sales presence.
