Sales Manager
Location**: Lecco, Italy

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Collaborates with Head of Sales, agree and implement sales strategies to increase market share for MOM business activities, achieved through the acquisition of new customers and the retention and development of existing accounts, providing both technical and commercial support with assistance from internal & external business partners.
YOUR JOB - What would be your responsibilities?
Analyze target market potential and the value of existing and prospective customer's value to the business
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Provides quarterly results assessments for accountable sales activities.
Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's solutions portfolio.
Ensure is up to date with most recent functionality proposition for the assigned solution portfolio
Develops and maintains the MOM Business Development plan
Coordinates sales effort(s) with our business development team
Maintaining the company's CRM database on an ongoing basis as the backbone for good organization, planning, and communication
Provides quarterly results assessments for accountable sales activities.
Coordinates sales effort(s) with our business development team.

Maintaining & developing our existing accounts with a view to increasing repeat business.
Assisting with bid creation and management in line with customers' expectations.
YOUR PROFILE - Qualifications
Fluent in Italian and English is essential for this position
A knowledge of Manufacturing, IT/Automation system would be beneficial in this position.
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The successful applicant will prove themselves to be an exceptional communicator, and negotiator, demonstrating confidence, credibility and passion as well as excellent relationship building skills.
A willingness to travel and possession of current driving licence is essential in this position.
