**Your Responsibilities

- Optimize and grow identified Sweet Food, Dairy, Specialized Nutrition accounts in Italy.

- Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies in line with the company's strategies.

- Regional Key Account Support

- Manage projects on own responsibility from customer briefing to implementation.

- Negotiate pricing with customer.

- Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans.

- Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers, as well as monitoring the market and identify market potential

- Establish and develop long-term customer relationships.

- Monitoring the market and identify market potential.

**Your Profile

- Bachelor or Master Degree in food technology, business administration or equivalent

- Professional experience, excellent knowledge and commercial contacts in B2B Food, Dairy, Specialized Nutrition or Culinary market business.

- Ability to work in teams within a matrix organization and strong communication skills.

- Business developer mindset

- Flexible and willingness to travel

- Independent and structured worker.

- Enthusiasm, initiative and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong customer, service orientation and technology skills.

- Fluent in Italian and English
