**Job Description**:
**What will you take care of?
- Define the acquisition strategy for specific OEM sourcing
- Lead the cross functional acquisition team
- Identify acquisition specific customer trends and requirements, market activities and competitor information in collaboration with EO and AS
- Ensure release of PAM (incl.
bottom-line) for new services or new customers, according to AS process
- Define, align and implement pricing strategy
- Check quotation specific terms and conditions (e. g.
customizing sales business frames)
- Preparation of NDA with customer, price indication and quotation letter according to AS procedures
- Manage acquisition negotiations and closure within released "bottom line" (services)
- Prepare lessons learned after each acquisition, incl.
won/lost analysis
- Coordinate the Change Management requests: clarification of technical requests, support for cost estimation, discussion and agreement with customers.
- Support in LOG crisis both inside AS and in front of the customer.
- Enter generic customer requirements into CRS Tool and ensure completion of requirements evaluation
- Ensure and provide best practice exchange with other accounts
- Business planning: support Customer Strategy Meeting (CSM) preparation and presentation
- Support customer surveys
- Support tracking of sales KPI
- Support organization of technical or innovation events for customers
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you?
- Education: Master degree in Engineering (mechanic, mechatronic, electronic, aerospace, informatics)
- Languages: Advanced English (C1), German as a plus.
- Experience and know-how: at least 2 years' experience in acquisition, sales or project management.
- Good presentation skills both for internal and external meetings
- Solid competence in term of Relationship
