Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pyou UK Location: Pisa, Tuscany Must be an Italian Resident with the possibility to travel to Germany. Contents and Responsibilities: Present the client's collection (history, distinctive skills, catalogues, samples) to existing and potential Interior Decorator clients. Maintain and develop relationships with the client's Interior Designers in the territory, finding continuous visit opportunities/contact with existing Interior Designers to learn about current opportunities and sell the brand's catalogue, increasing customer loyalty. Search for and meet new Interior Designers in the showroom in Munich or in their offices. Manage sales activities in the territory using multi-brand agents with and without showrooms, confirming current ones and/or introducing new ones. Respond to the Sales Organization in Italy. Profile: Resident in Italy. Experience as a Seller in Interior furniture/textile. Strong communication and leadership skills. Independent in organizing contacts, visit plans, travel, and goal-oriented. Dynamic and proactive in customer relations. Available to travel frequently.
