**CANDIDATE PROFILE

- knowledge in the field of healthcare

- experience in B2B sales, in particular in the Healthcare sector - previous commercial experience with customers such as care facilities, retirement homes, nursing homes, clinics, hospitals is essential

- 3-4 years of experience in sales

- independence

- entrepreneurship

- result oriented

- very good Italian and English language

- good appearance

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- establishing and maintaining positive business relationships

- sale of the company's products

- creating a database of current and potential customers

- participation in trade negotiations and preparation of trade agreements

- preparation of commercial offers

- market and competition analysis

- preparation of sales reports and analyses

- current update of data in internal systems

- ensure the achievement of the assigned sales targets and timely and effective post-sales support and solutions adoption

- helping younger team members achieve sales targets
