Our client is an international digital group, partner of a global e-commerce giant, and a leader in B2B marketplaces in Europe, experiencing a growth of over 40% for several years. Established 30 years ago to support SMEs in expanding their international sales, the company has become a reference in digital marketing, leveraging its leading marketplaces in Europe and high-performing digital solutions, including being a Premium Partner of Google and Microsoft.
To support their fast growth pace and internationalisation we are looking for a **Sales Manager to lead the activity in the Italian market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
In direct collaboration with the Director of European Sales, within a dynamic and cohesive team of Sales Managers, and after training at the French headquarters in Paris, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the sales strategy in the Italian market (the third-largest market within the group after Germany and France).
- Managing the sales force, recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a dedicated sales team (with the goal of overseeing a team of 15/20 Sales).
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of your teams, ensuring activity reporting to the Director of Sales, and achieving set objectives.
- Actively participating in the development of the company, conducting competitive intelligence, contributing to the development of offerings, and providing constructive feedback.
During your onboarding, you will be trained in products and solutions, and various digital tools available to sales teams (CRM, automated follow-up software, lead simulation tools, etc. ). You can rely on the support of the Director of European Sales and Sales Managers within the group to succeed in your mission.
**Qualifications**:
Coming from a higher education background, you have at least **2/3 years of experience in a team management role** with a focus on acquiring new clients gained in a rapidly growing digital company.
You are **fluent in Italian and have a sufficient level of English** to communicate with the headquarters based in Hamburg and the commercial management in France. You possess coaching skills, enjoy challenges, and have a customer-oriented approach. You are looking to join a caring company, a market leader for over 30 years, with significant growth prospects.

**Salary and Benefits**:
Salary based on the profile, consisting of a fixed component starting from 50/55K plus an attractive uncapped variable.
