As part of our Italy Sales leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that people around the world continue to see Trustpilot as a universal symbol of trust.

**In your role you will**:
- Manage and coach a sales team that has ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation and closing.
- Working towards a new business revenue quota as the primary measure of your team's success
- Collaborate with your colleagues in Customer Success, Trials, Partnerships to ensure that your team has the best conversion and success rates.
- Review & act upon core KPI's ie pipeline management & activity.
- Work closely with the learning and development team to identify and execute on individual and team training needs
- Produce & share weekly sales forecasts & monthly reviews.
**We are looking for people with**:
- Experience in a B2B sales leadership/management role in SaaS is essential
- Fluency in Italian and English; both written and verbal
- Desire to work in an agile scale-up business
- An interest/understanding of the e-commerce and MarTech space
- Ability to coach and develop a sales team on all aspects of sales process - from lead gen to pipeline development and closing business
- Proven experience creating a diverse and collaborative sales culture
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation systems (e. g.
Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Self-motivated, innovative, multi-tasker who is creative and analytical
- Competitive and winning mentality
- Excellent oral, and written skills
