- As _**Sales Manager (f/m/d)**_ at smartclip you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of media agencies and advertisers. - From identifying potential leads, to maintain existing relationships with clients, to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals, you'll play an integral role in our sales team. _
- You will be part of a dynamic environment, characterized by a strong team spirit and a daily cooperation, both within the team and with the other departments. _
- You'll directly report to the Sales Director of the company. _
- Your tasks and responsibilities:_
- _
Develop sales and relationships towards media agencies and advertisers
- _
Deliver sales pitches to media agencies and advertisers
- _Identify clients' needs, providing them with suitable economic proposals, sales presentations and other kind of advertising sales materials
- _Develop sales strategies to achieve the short and long term sales revenue objectives_
- _
Identify new potential clients to present and offer them our advertising products, determining new sales opportunities
- _Supervise the daily operations of a sales representatives and prepare sales and status reports_
- _
Present forecast, figures and market analysis to your management_
- _
Negotiate advertising budgets with media agencies and advertisers_
- _
Daily interaction and exchange within the sales team_
- _
Cooperation with the other departments (campaign management team, supply team, finance)_
- Requirements and qualifications:_
- _
Higher or academic professional education level_
- _
Minimum of 4/5 years in a sales account management function in an online/media marketing environment
- _Knowledge of the online advertising industry and dynamics_
- _
Existing relationships with media agencies and advertisers_
- _
Professional experience in the online video industry (both reservation and programmatic sales)_
- _
Interest and curiosity towards new technologies and innovations like Connected TV and HBB-TV_
- _
Strong sales and customer orientation_
- _
Excellent understanding of the sales processes_
- _
Team and collaboration spirit_
- _
Outstanding presentation and excellent communication skills_
- _
Proactive, self-going and stress-resistant team player_

Good organizational skills_

Interpersonal skills with strong aptitude in building relationships
