OffertaPrimary Function:Responsible for driving target growth in Italy: Revenue-Margin-Operating incomeResponsible for managing all the local functions; Sales, Marketing, Service, Administration, HRResponsible to ensure the proper alignment with U. K. HeadquarterMajor Responsibilities:Manage the Sales Team through setting targets and maintaining track of individual performancesDefine Rental-Sales strategies and tactics at Country, region and local levelsRegularly visit accounts to coach sales team members and ensure proper alignmentsIdentify Revenue opportunities in new areas and accountsDefine Marketing plan focused on positioning the company and the products at the needed levelDefine pricing strategy focusing on leveraging our high value-added offeringDefine product strategies in alignment with HeadquarterProvide central marketing with information related to competitor's products and strategiesMonitor performance of the service function and align the service strategy with the sales oneManage the PL (on a monthly basis) to monitor trends in line with plans, identify opportunities and threatsMonitor the performances of each member of the staff and implement individual development plansProvide the headquarter with all the necessary information, connecting with the relevant Headquarter staff as neededCompetenze ed esperienzaEducation and KnowledgeUniversity degree desirable, business economics preferableStrong understanding of the Italian Healthcare marketKnowledge of the direct and indirect sales channelsFluent in EnglishClinical experience desirable but not essentialExperienceAt least 10 years' Sales experience in the biomedical sector with direct and indirect sales channels. Proven ability to grow in new market areas and build business from scratchKnowledge of the Rental business model is desirableExperience in using CRM tools to manage sales process and forecastsProven experience in promoting and selling high added-value products and servicesProven solid experience in managing teamsPersonal traitsGood communication skills and positive attitude toward staff and customersAbility to build strong customer relationshipsResults driven individualAbility to set sales targets and achieve them effectivelyStrong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patternsAbility to design and implement successful marketing-sales strategies and plansPlanning, organization, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced time management skillsCompleta l'offertaPermanent contract #J-18808-Ljbffr
