**About the Company**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibility, coordination and organization for the sales department.
- Leadership, motivation and development of the employees in the sales department.
- Support in sales planning, allocation as well as contingent control.
- Close coordination with adjacent departments.
**Qualifications**:
- More than 5 years of professional experience in sales.
- Several years of experience in leading teams.
- Knowledge of SAP processes.
- First management experience of employees.
- Very good MS-Office knowledge.
- Aility to work in a team, quick comprehension and pronounced hands-on mentality.
- Confident appearance, commitment, initiative and assertiveness.
- Fluent in German and English.
