Your Tasks:
- Win new customers for us during on-site appointments and through online sales activities
- Get to the heart of individual customer benefits in short, informative sales talks
- Inspire your conversation partners and convince them with added values
- Negotiate contracts skillfully, always fairly and (of course) successfully in the end ;)
- Represent our company competently and with heart at your appointments, trade fairs and industry events
- Complete your appointment calendar yourself, even if your colleagues in the office were not able to fill it to capacity
- Record your appointments and your successes in our CRM system
Your Profile:
- You live in Treviso, Venice or region of Veneto
- You simply have a lot of fun selling
- You are a hunter type and hungry for new customers
- You are empathetic and find the right tone and the right words for every conversation partner and the most diverse personalities
- You know how to communicate the functionalities of technical products in a way that is understandable, simple and yet exciting
- You have a high degree of independence and the ability to motivate yourself
- You are very structured and used to working transparently
- You are flexible and willing to accept on-site appointments
- At best, you already have experience in direct sales, e. g.
as an account manager, sales account manager, sales employee, sales consultant, sales manager, customer advisor in customer care
- You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
