Your role The purpose of this role is to support the growth of the Mass Spectrometry (MS) and Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) business in Germany by providing strategic and tactical leadership to achieve sales and financial goals.

The Sales Manager will develop and lead a dynamic team, comprising of direct sales reps across the region to support a growing MS and CE business within Sciex by creating and executing a sales strategy reflecting/anticipating the market and competitive dynamics.

The area will be Germany North from Frankfurt up to Hamburg and Berlin.
