**Mission**:
Lincoln Electric is looking for a Sales Manager who will manage the commercial activities of the entire territory of Northern Italy as well as oversee the activities of the distribution channel.
We are looking for a Manager with leadership skills, who is a team player focused on results, who is able to manage complex organizations within a multinational group that offers important opportunities for professional growth**.
**Responsibilities**:
The Sales Manager, reporting to the Sales Director Italy&South Eastern Europe, will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage sales throughout Northern Italy both directly and through agents and distributors with relative identification of new business areas;
- Coordinate and supervise a team of people including technical sales figures and agents;
- Supervise commercial strategies;
- Supervise commercial strategies dedicated to direct customers and distributors;
- Implement assigned business strategies and KPIs in collaboration with the Commercial Director;
- Collaborate with Marketing department for sell-in and sell-out activities;
- Implement and reinforce team activities related to high value-added services (VAS);
- Manage of commercial activities in SalesForce;
- Digitalize commercial activities.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales (min.
5 years) in engineering/manufacturing sector, preferably with knowledge of welding-related products;
- Degree in engineering (mechanical, management, electrical/electronic and related)
- Well-established commercial, negotiating and customer-oriented skills;
- Consolidated experience in team coordination;
- Complex sales management;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the sales channel for industrial products;
- Willingness to travel throughout the country;
- Well-established knowledge in the analysis and drafting of sales-related financial reports;
- Good knowledge of English, necessary for participation in meetings and training in the EMEAR area;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
