For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive:

A worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors is looking for a young resource with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferably rotating equipment.

The position is part of the Serv Division with the objective to push and support the business development and the growth of the organization with new customers and increasing service portfolio.

The main tasks will be:

Responsible for implementing & developing sales objectives and strategies of SERV in ItalyEstablish smooth sales working standards and procedures according to BC requirements as well as customers' requirementsOriented to sales to achieve the BC agreed sales budget for the country and for the RegionMarketing activities with EPC, End Customer, LicenseeIdentification of market drives and opportunitiesIdentification of competitorsEvaluation of customer operating conditions and customer specificationsIdentification of the required scope of supplyArrangement of the technical documentation needed to describe the offered scopeCandidate Profile:

5-10 years of experience in a similar role and similar markets (preferably reciprocating compressors)Full understanding of maintenance/repair jobsKnowledge of the SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA) systemEnglish - business fluent and contractual level in both oral and written communicationWe are looking for:
