The Adriatic Sales Company is looking for a Sales Manager Service Food & Water (Regular contract, full time) mainly based in our Monza site.
He/she will be responsible:
- for formulating and executing a sales strategy for the designated area of responsibility of Alfa Laval Products and Services in accordance with the assigned targets and local sales company/divisional strategy and targets.
- for leading, developing, and securing a high performing sales team in line with the Alfa Laval culture.
- to define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility according to Division Strategy, plan, and targets.
- to develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the customer Loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars,
- to Forecasts Sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve the performance.
- to work proactive and structured with the sales and business development to optimize the sales efficiency of the team.
- to Lead the sales team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan and the sales process, with the special focus on lead to opportunity and opportunity to quote sub-process.

- BU Target definition and tracking.
- Business development through the team (lead generation for upgrading, spares agreement, feasibility studies, service contracts)
- Promotion of products and services directly or through sales channels and exhibitions.
- Development and strengthening of business relationships with customers, agents, service partners.
What you know
Priority will be given to:
- Master's Degree in naval or mechanical engineering
- Very good spoken and written English (C1 - C2)
- Background of sales of value-added services
- Experience in the food or waste water market
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
