We are looking for an Area Sales Manager, to be hired with a permanent contract in Nord-Est territory within the OEM Sales Area. Your ChallengeAs Area Manager your mission will be to implement a customer centric vision and growth mindset approach, for the development and growth of important customers, setting strategy, achieving quarterly sales objectives, and providing direction and leadership to assigned multiple Sales Representatives. She/He will be Sales responsible for selected customers and sales agents in the Macro Area Nord-East, inside Digital Industries Italy. She/he will also set the strategy to win new customers in coordination with BU's and Sales in the Italian NE territory.

Digitalization will be key factor for the success of this role. She/he will report directly to Macro Area Manager. Your main activities will be to:Establish a good relationship with the assigned customers at every level of the customer's organizationDefine strategy and go to market (technical and sales)Create tailored Business PlansCoordinate Sales Representatives (setting target and monitoring performance)Prepare accurate proposals based on customer requests. Drive Digital TransformationTo be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:Sales experience in Industrial Automation, Motion Control, Digitalization fieldsNice to have: Knowledge of Siemens products and solutionsStrong customer-centric approachThe ability to handle resources, activities, and time.
