Your ChallengeAs a Sales Manager Territory (T-A) your missionwill be to implement a customer centric vision and growth mindset approach, forthe development and growth of important customers, setting strategy, achievingquarterly sales objectives, and providing direction and leadership to assignedmultiple Sales Representatives. She/He willbe Sales responsible for selected customers and sales agents in the Macro Area T-A, inside Digital Industries Italy. She/he will also set the strategy to win new customers in coordination withBU's and Sales in the Italian T-A territory.
Digitalization will be key factorfor the success of this role. She/he will report directly to Macro Area Manager. Some of themain activities will be:Establish a good relationship with the assigned customers at every level ofthe customer's organizationDefine strategy and go to market (technical and sales)Create tailored Business PlansCoordinate Sales Representatives (setting target and monitoringperformance)Prepare accurate proposals based on customer requests. Drive Digital TransformationTo be aperfect fit for this role, you would already have:Relevant Sales experience in Industrial Automation, Motion Control, DigitalizationfieldsNice to have: Knowledge of Siemens products and solutionsStrong customer-centric approachThe ability to handle resources, activities, and time.
