- **We are looking for Italy Sales Manager who has**:

1.

Experience in TPMS/tire/wheel/tire valve/trigger tool industries.

(One of these related industries.

Non-essential condition. )

2.

Sales representative management experience.

3.

Sales experience/skills, Strong interpersonal skills.

4.

Good time management skills.

5.

Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes.

6.

Experience in building a sales representative/sales agent team.

**Responsibilities**:

1.

Conduct visits and calls with current and prospective customers: wholesalers/distributors/tire shops on a daily basis.

2.

Manage the Sales Representative team and boost the team can achieve the target.

3.

Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.

4.

Provide customer services, product training, or tech support to current and prospective customers.

5.

Travel to meet current and prospective customers.

6.

Help to solve customers' problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

7.

Maintain records of customer accounts, and sales leads and provide sales reports weekly.

8.

Coordinate sales efforts with the headquarters team and report any issues.

9.

Monitor the company's industry competitors/new products/market conditions and report back to Headquarters.

Contratto di lavoro: Contratto con partita IVA

Stipendio: €26. 600, 00 - €33. 000, 00 all'anno
