**Job Description**:

You will participate in the Sales, Marketing and Product Management department supporting the Product Management team;

You will support the team in the identification and definition of potential business and in the product portfolio management;

You will perform market researches on the main automotive manufacturers and carry out data analysis and simulations;

You will lead the implementation of sales department digital transformation, working with our IT department for news and optimizations exchange;

You will manage internal and external communication, keeping directly and proactively contact with the costumers.

**Qualifications**:

Education: Student or newly graduated in Management, Computer Engineering, or similar backgrounds;

Experience and Know How: Academic knowledge; Interest for digitalization and coding will be a plus;

Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP and Outsystems would be a plus;

Personality: Goal-orientation, team working, analytical skills, flexibility, proactivity, problem solving, willingness to take responsibilities;

Language skills: Fluent English and Italian;
