**Position Summary**:
For Hu-Friedy Group, now part of STERIS Group, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our** **Strategic Markets South EMEA Team.
The Sales Manager is responsible to develop the Public (Institutions, University, Governments, Public and private Hospitals) and the DSOs business (Strategic Markets) in the South EMEA Region (Spain and Italy).
He/she will manage the tender/negotiation process, engaging all the actors of the purchasing process including dealer partners and end users in cooperation with the EMEA Business Manager Strategic Markets and the Country Managers.
He/she will be able to manage the pricing and the offer to achieve the business goals in each Strategic Market channel.
His/her strategic approach will allow to improve the brand image and the brand recognition leveraging on the dedicated HuFriedyGroup Programs.
He/she will cooperate with the internal stakeholders to reach the assigned budget for Strategic Markets.
He/she has to identify the KDMs and track the opportunities, enhance the relationships with KOLs, dealers and End Users.
He/she will work closely with Marketing, Customer Care, Product Management, Regulatory, Supply chain to ensure the achievement of the Customer Satisfaction.

Identify opportunities and engage the KDMs of the Strategic Markets Channel
Periodically review the business opportunity and create the related business plan for the assigned area in cooperation with the line manager
Ensure the assigned goals achievement (Strategic, tactical, revenue and margins goals)
Deploy the HuFriedyGroup Programs related to the Strategic Markets Business
Enhance the relationships with the Dealers and with the End Users
Manage the tender driven business in cooperation with the line manager, the Country Managers, Customer Care and the Dealers
Manage the complexity of the purchasing process within the DSOs Sector
Periodically report to the line manager about opportunities, issues, action plan,
Attend dedicated conventions (and other meetings) as needed.

**Required Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Dental or Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry, working with or for distributors or large group practices
- Ability to coordinate a complex project deploying the expected results
- English speaking
- Long term vision and Strategic approach
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate the complex purchasing process
- Business acumen
- Teamwork attitude, Strong relationship building, sales and presentation skills.
- Marketing knowledge
- Computer literate
- Willing to travel
- Must have valid driver's license and means of transportation to make sales calls
