This is a full-time role for a highly motivated, results driven Sales Negotiator supporting the Residential Team in our Lucca Office which covers all the northern west part of Tuscany.

**Responsibilities

- Negotiating offers

- Buyer registration and presentations.

- Providing client management and support, whilst maintaining a high professional profile

- Build excellent relationships with the client

- Meet individual sales targets

- Manage a register of active applicants

- Manage transactions proactively from reservation through to completion

- Provide daily/weekly feedback on development sales and progress to clients and colleagues

**Professional experience and personal skills profile

The successful applicant will have worked in a competitive environment where they have shown initiative to drive sales and to put the customer at the heart of the purchasing process.

**Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required

- A strong focus on sales

- A sound knowledge and keen awareness of the competition is essential, as is knowledge of markets within the area.

- Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve success

- Confident communication skills

- Drive and enthusiasm

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Languages required: fluent in Italian and English

- Flexible working time which can also include the weekends
