Your Role
You as Transformation & Training Project Leader will join an international team of talented people with the goal to develop the best Sales Organization. You will work closely with the Top Management Team in your subsidiaries to deploy and implement the Technogym Sales Process, perform data analysis, and deliver training sessions. Your goal will be to develop the best sales organization in our industry. Your Impact
- Engage the local sales force in embracing and delivering the Technogym sales Process
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Business Leader acting as a trusted Sales Business Partner providing advice aimed at increasing the sales effectiveness
- Implement the CRM system
- Map current processes, identify gaps vs the defined model, define a recovery action plan, and ensure successful execution
- Monitor sales KPIs, perform analysis, and drive the business through insights from data
- Define actions of improvement, recovery plan, and roadmap
- Coordinate sales training and coaching sessions with the Sales Account Managers in the field
- Perform shadowing visits with Field Sales and Telesales teams in order to provide improvement feedback
- Work globally: run periodic sales reviews with HQ and interact with the Global Sales Network team
About You
5-7 years experience in structured multinational companies and/or consulting background
Sales experience or sales process knowledge
Fluent in English and an other language
Data mindset and analytical approach
Passion for wellness & fitness
Focus on results and accountability, striving for excellence
Sense of initiative, enthusiasm, and energy
Transparency, open mind, and teamwork
Curiosity, humility, and passion
