About the job

The jobholder is responsible for supporting the sales team in process and operational Swarovski Sales topics within Italy & Iberica.

The jobholder acts as the gatekeeper for activities and communication from all functions impacting Sales and is further responsible in helping to free time of the sales team by taking care of project, administrative and coordination topics.

You will be:

- Administer SR stock and sales operational topics and support Warehousing, Custom, Logistics

- Plan, coordinate and communicate annual stocktakes and regular cyclecounts to all key stakeholders.

Review, investigate and propose actions to drive inventory accuracy and prevent losses

- (Where applicable, existing local support within Business Services remains for the time being)

- Organize family sales

- Track and publish results of compliance of Company policy and local legal legislation.

Collate and share best practice across all sales channels

- Act as the gatekeeper for 1-to-many activities and communication from all functions impacting the sales team

- Lead Local and support Global sales focused projects, process and system improvements, e. g.

Click & Collect, X-Mas 360 program, Retail Operations Model rollout, etc.

- Coordinate the mapping and maintainance of all local processes, ensuring consistency as well as gatekeeping and version control

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar sales operations role and 2 years experience at administrative level

- Excellent English, Spanish and Italian proficiency, presentation, and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and planning skills

- Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills

- Proactive problem solver with ability to manage change effectively

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Knowing SAP and EPOS is a plus

- Knowing all the Windows Office package, advanced level of Excel (Pivot is a must)
