Mission The SOIP Manager (Sales Operation Inventory Planning) leads and facilitates the tactical (18 months) and strategic (5 years) balancing demand / production-supply / stock process of his/her BU Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). He/she coordinates the different players who contribute to this process and ensures that the actions are executed and that the expected data are consistent.
MAIN ACTIVITIES Analyze past sales and build the BU's demand plan in collaboration with marketing and sales; have it validated by the BU. Propose and argue demands/resources balancing scenarios while controlling inventory (ensure the right load/capacity balancing on mid-term (S&OP) and short-term (MPS-Master Planning Scheduler) horizons). Deploy the deliverables of the S&OP (demand, internal capacity, external load, stocks) to the entities concerned (sales, industry, logistics, purchasing. . . ) and control the S&OP dashboard of his/her scope. Ensure the update of the demand (customer and internal forecast) in the operating systems; be the contact for all requests related to forecast on short/medium term horizon. Participate in the different milestones of product development and/or transfer studies. Ensure the correct parameterization of the operating systems: shipping warehouse, p/n class, (including replenishment lead time and alert quantity). Animate the review of the class with marketing, challenge proposals by conducting quarterly reviews of past sales. Supervise, manage and animate the resources of the cross-functional SCM teams (PFEP analyst (Plan For Every Part) and customer forecast assistant) of the site and participate in the development of their skills. Profile Qualifications Degree (Engineering/Management); From 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management; Experience with SAP, Qlik, Colibri; PC/Office Suite literate; Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian & English); Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work; A "Team-Player" attitude.
