Sales Operation Manager

For the growth and development of the Sales Department, we are looking for a:
**SALES OPERATION MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
The Manager, reporting to Sales Direction office and managing a team of resources, has the responsibility to manage and monitor the activities needed to ensure the achievement of established Company' sales targets.
He coordinates the Team interfacing with Sales Managers and various organization players as required, in order to provide smooth operations and support within the area of responsibility.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the achievement of Sales targets such as Sell-In (dealer stock), Sell-Out (sales and registration volumes)
- Support the sales force for the deployment of each Sales & Marketing Strategies areas for the dealers network
- Ensure that the sales force complies with the directives, plans and strategies defined by the Commercial Management
- Monitor the relationship between sales force and the official Company dealers network, ensuring constant monitoring of registration levels and information flow between the Network and the Company
- Define monthly internal targets based on sales forecast and optimize the order planning
- Evaluate and monitor dealers performances and sales forecasts activities
- Supervise the appropriate monthly, quarterly and annual definition of each dealer' sales targets by monitoring the results achieved
- Monitor the proper development of sales campaigns to maximize the number of contracts and sales
- Analyze key market performance indicators, providing suggestions for the continuous improvement in the business results of the Network
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or similar specialization
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in related position or specialization within the automotive industry as Team manager
- Strong analytical mindset
- Able to perform under tight deadlines, driving for results and managing performance
- Ability to create a strong cooperation within the organization and with the Field force
- Fluent English
