Sales Operation Specialist
_Job Summary_
Playing a leading role in our Sales Transformation journey the primary goal of the Sales Operations Specialist for Italy is to optimize the country sales activities to increase profitable sales growth, through increased win-rates and elimination of waste.
The Sales Operations Specialist is supporting overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organizations for improving the entire sales processes landscape, by providing analytics, reporting, data science on relevant information.
The Sales Operations Specialist for Italy is supporting the deployment of sales strategy among the organization leveraging the effective use of sales tools & technology to aid data-informed decision making, essential to drive the overall growth goals of the country.
**_Job Responsibilities_
- Fostering the digitalization processes inside the organization with data analytics and tools adoption
- Proactively analyzes, documents, streamlines, and optimizes the core sales process (ex: lead, opportunity management, data quality, activities, etc.
)
- Provide/Select/Enrich/Customize sales and marketing reports for supporting business development and quality of sales (revenue, price, margin, mix)
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports, dashboards, and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
- Monitors and ensures high level of data quality in CRM and initiates measures for continuous improvement (customer, opportunities, deal)
- provides training, supports, and ensures and tracks CRM and other core sales and sales enablement Tools and functionalities adoption by the sales organization.
- Work on data simulations in order to identify early warning signs of customer churn, product mix changes and margin loss.
Suggests preventive actions.
- cooperate with the organization for creating data collection and reports for ensuring proper data analytics capabilities and performances for business quality and profitability enhancement
- supports the sales organization on the usage and roll-out of new tools, dashboards, and processes.

- Preferred education level:_
- Technical diploma, engineering degree, bachelor's degree.
- Years and area of experience required: _
- 3-5 years in marketing/sales/operation experience and/or Similar role.
- Technical knowledge:_
- Major office automation tools (Excel, PWBI, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM usage.
- Soft skills:_
- Solid understanding of data analytics scope and used to drive sales efficiency, with data driven mindset; Customer and service oriented; Open minded and driven by curiosity; Solution-oriented mindset; Passionate for data and technology; agile learner; self confident and eager to grow in a fast, challenging and dynamic environment; Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken; Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel; keen to manage effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions.
