The **Sales Operation Specialist **support the commercial processes identifying in advance potential issues and proactively proposing solutions to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
She/he operates in a complex & multistakehoders internal structure, with a proactive approach and ownership, optimizing operational processes and procedures to maximize commercial efficiency and effectiveness in a very challenging environment.
The role scope is monitoring post-tender/deal compliance, identifying opportunities, interacting with customers, managing customer needs, escalating issues, proposing and implementing solutions.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Monitoring post-tender commercial compliance
- Monitoring contract compliance and tracking of contract lifecycle (i. e.
credit notes, expiring dates, renewals, etc.
)
- Mapping contract Opportunities and Risks
- Validation of new consignments and extensions
- Supporting Consignment reconciliation
- Backorder management
- Management of product allocations among customers
- Support of product forecast management
- Customer communications (i. e.
commercial offers/code changes/product information/etc.
)
- Maintenance documentation for tenders
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree preferable in Economics or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Devices companies, covering a similar role;
- Strategic thinking, problem solving, proactiveness attitude and innovation drive;
- Evidence of navigate and network to a high degree of complexity in a matrix organization;
- Experience of public procurement and tendering will be considered as a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal (handle all levels), leadership, written & oral communication skills and teamworking;
- Strong analytical skills with ability to be detailed yet strategic;
- Fluent in English: minimum B2/Upper Intermediate level;
- Italian native speaker.
The person will need to be based in Rome.
- For this role it will be offered a Permanent Contract.
