- We are currently seeking to hire a talented Sales Operation Analyst who will work with our existing team to cover our sites in Italy.
- Full training will be given, the role will be office based in Segrate, Milan
- In this new position, you will be part of the region EMEA Business Operations and Program Management Team as Sales Operations Specialist.
In this role you will support the Sales Operations Manager to proactively enhance system functionality and meet targets.
You will support the increase of the system governance and the CRM data maintenance.
- This role reports into the Sales Operations Program Manager and can be based in any Varian legal entity in EMEA, with preference in Italy and Spain.
- Specific Responsibilities- Understand all aspects of the sales cycle, supporting quality, efficiency and transparency-
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager in the management of EMEA business projects aimed to enhance systems and processes-
- Participate to testing phases when Sales projects require it-
- Work closely and collaborates with the EMEA Sales Teams and other departments when involved in Projects-
- Organize and manage the timely updates of reports and dashboards dedicated to the EMEA Sales Teams-
- Support EMEA Sales and Service teams on business and CRM related aspects-
- Support on organizing CRM training to sales managers-
- Create and maintain Sales support documentation and guidelines-
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager in drafting new procedures to support sales activities and ensure an effective CRM data maintenance- Desired Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or Customer Support/Success in an "analyst" position (business, process, systems, functional, etc.
)-
- Fluency in English & at least one other major European language (Italian, Spanish are preferred)-
- Showing proficiency in the CRM solution Salesforce, ERP (SAP) and Microsoft tools-
- Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations (Proposals, Orders, Forecasting, and Reporting) as well as the entire cycle of Contract/Order management and Accounting-
- Proven ability to communicate with business and technical audience at all levels-
- Able to interact with various departments such as sales, service, legal, compliance, marketing, etc. - Nice to Have- Understanding on Radiation Oncology products such as delivery system & software products such as OIS/TPS, including field experience- You are customer service & team-oriented and you have a proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
You are able to work independently as well as part of a team.
You thrive in managing numerous tasks accurately and simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
