**ROLE MISSION
**The Sales Operations Executive (UK)** assists the team of Account Managers in the UK area, in carrying out his/her daily activities.
In particular, the SOE supports the AM or the AM team in the activities that precede or follow the negotiation and stipulation of a commercial agreement, for example by preparing presentations and drawing up performance analysis reports, preparing contractual documents and managing archiving, or even checking the actual correspondence of payments by customers.
In its support activity to the AM team, the SOE may be asked to interact with the customer in a prospecting phase, or in a phase of retrieving information necessary for planning a promotional campaign.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Be the main support for the AM team (UK) to run all sales operations smoothly and timely;
- Ensure a correct flow of communication with the other departments;
- Execute standard reports (Weekly, Monthly, Sales Report) and ad-hoc reports as required by the AM Team;
- Check correct set up of commission plans on affiliate platforms;
- Check payments and follow up with clients;
- Insert the confirmed exposure plans in the company dedicated interface;
- Prepare graphic material and presentations for meetings with clients;
- File contracts and invoices for the confirmed agreements with clients;
- Request missing codes, offers and images to clients;
- Attend trade events and networking events when required.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Native/ Bilingual Proficiency in English - this will be tested during the interview process;
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or a similar technical field;
- Experience in Client Management and a proven track record in Business Development and growing partnerships;
- Ability to commute to our office in Sesto Fiorentino, Florence;
- Positive, Problem-Solving attitude;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrives under pressure.
**Nice to Have
- Good understanding of affiliate marketing, preferably the Coupons, Shopping & Promo Code sectors, or as a Publisher within the affiliate industry;
- Experience using affiliate networks' platforms.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato
Stipendio: €1. 500, 00 - €1. 600, 00 al mese
