The resource, will be part of the Sales Department, will support the team in achieving sales targets and related quality and customer satisfaction objectives:

**Key Activities**:

- Support in sales negotiations, formulating offers for standard products and requesting quotations through the technical department for new products

- Support in reporting activities related to the monitoring of the revenue budget and trade margins

- Actively participates in technical and commercial training activities

- Constantly monitor and control sales forecasts to support Production and Demand Planning

- Establishes relations of maximum cooperation and coordination with colleagues in other departments in order to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is guaranteed

**Skills**:

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)

- Analytical skills

- Proactivity and problem solving

- Accuracy, planning, organisation

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Education**:

Degree in Languages | Economics | Pharmacy (with a strong interest in commercial fields)
